The Libya Institute for Advanced Studies (LIAS), given the current crisis facing Libya, issued today the following Open Letter to Ghassan Salamé, the Special Envoy of the Secretary General of the United Nations and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL).
