Prof John M. Nomikos (RIEAS Director) coordinated the panel on “Hybrid Threats and Resiliency of Society” at the Zagreb Security Forum on Transatlantic Cooperation and New Security Architecture. Prof Andrew Liaropoulos (RIEAS Senior Analyst & University of Piraeus, Greece) delivered a speech on Emerging Disruptive Technologies and EU Cyber-security. Dr. Eleni Kapsokoli (University of Piraeus, Greece) delivered a speech on Digital Jihad Model: the case of ISIS. The conference took place on 20-21 October 2023 in the Croatian Military Academy in Zagreb.
