Prof John M Nomikos, Director of the Research Institute for European and American Studies (RIEAS), and Chairman of the European Intelligence Academy (EIA) delivered a paper on “European Intelligence Cooperation: From the Break- up of the Yugoslavia to the Ukraine-Russia War” at the International Intelligence Congress organized by the National (Turkish) Intelligence Academy on 10-12 October 2025 in Istanbul, Turkey.
